Alyssa Milano believes in moderation, She follows The Zone Diet, but more low carb. The zone diet is basically a Low Calorie Diet, every meal and snack should be 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 30 per cent from protein and 30 per cent from fat. I run three miles in the morning, and then if I get off work early enough, I take a 40-minute spinning class. I also do yoga twice a week and weight-training three times a week.

Any diet secrets?
I follow a modified version of The Zone Diet (a low-carl meal plan), but on Sundays I eat whatever I want.
