Whether or not you agree with Kim Kardashian’s career moves (sex tape, playboy, etc.), she does look great and she actually does have curves. Her trainer, Kathy Kaehler, opened up to reveal what exactly Kim did to get picture perfect for her recent Playboy shoot.

In addition to using the elliptical trainer and walking every day, she followed this toning program:

Lunges. Start by standing up straight with your hands at your sides. Take a big step forward with your right leg, lowering the body until your right thigh is parallel to the floor. Straighten back up and repeat on the left side. Do three sets of 10 repetitions with each leg.

Sit-down squats. Start by standing in front of a chair and then sit down on the seat and stand back up. Do three sets of 15 reps.

Arm and leg opposition. Start on the floor on your hands and knees. Lift the right arm up and extend the left leg back so that both are parallel to the floor. Keep your abs tight and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat with the opposite arm and leg.

Push-ups. If you can’t do military push-ups in good form, modify your technique by pushing up from your knees. Do three sets of 10 reps.

Triceps dips. Position yourself in front of a sturdy chair so that your arms are behind you with your palms grabbing the edge of the seat. Scoot your legs out in front. Now lower your upper body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor and then press back up. Do two sets of 12 reps.

“It’s so hard to eat well because I love so many unhealthy foods. I just can’t stop eating junk. It’s awful!”

Kim Kardashian FITNESS: “I’ve got a personal trainer who keeps me active,” she says. “I work my butt and legs just about every day, and I do cardio to burn fat. I’ve actually started videotaping my workouts so I can do them on the road. I’m going to start selling the videos soon on my Web site so that others can do the same workout that I do. They’re short videos, but if you do them one right after the other, it’s a really good workout.”

The Hollywood socialite and reality star Kim Kardashian has a new exercise DVD in the works. Kim told People Magazine,
“For young girls to see exercise videos that have only skinny girls…well, that’s something they can’t attain,” says Kardashian. “I want this to be something that can be realistic for most girls.”
