Heidi claims she’s “never actually been on a diet. I just cut down on ice cream.” Here is how Heidi Montag eats when she “isn’t on a diet”:

– Every meal Heidi eats contains lean protein and lots of veggies.
– She eats 5-7 mini meals, all good whole foods
– No alcohol
– Heidi sleeps at least 7 hours every day

Heidi says when she wanted to get in better shape that her goal was to have a sculpted “dancer’s body”. She’s been working with celebrity trainer John Damon and now visits the gym 6 times a week. Her workout includes:

– weight training 3-5 days a week (leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting)
– cardio 4-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes (incline speed walks on the treadmill)

And you see this a lot with celebrities, they have habitual perfect diets. I know, it’s shocking, but people who are leaner than you are almost always have better eating habits than you do.
