Cameron Diaz’s Wacky Workout!

Cameron Diaz has earned the title of one of the fittest women in Hollywood. She didn’t always have the slender and perfect physique that she has today. Six years ago her body journey started thanks to the grueling three-month martial arts training she endured for the movie Charlie’s Angels. When asked about her Charlie’s Angels training..

“At the end of each day, I thought I would die” she admits. “It was the most intense thing I have ever done in my life. I made a decision that I would never let it get to a point where I forgot what it was like to be strong”

She has since then recruited Teddy Bass as a celebrity personal trainer. She works out five days a week but focuses strongly on outdoor sports aswell (such as surfing, snow boarding and hiking)

Her personal training is paying off big time. She is constantly in tabloid magazines under ‘best bikini body’ sections and her legs are quite often complimented.

The paparazzi commonly snap Cameron Diaz at the beach surfing or swimming. She has been seen sun baking with fellow Charlie’s Angels star Drew Barrymore which caused much controversy after they were photographed smoking a suspicious looking cigarette.

What Does Cameron Diaz Eat?

Cam skips breakfast and has dinner instead, ensuring that she stays fuller for longer and consumes less calories during the day. She also eats six small low carb meals per day. Cam is also rumored to eat 10 meals a day but judging by her slender physique we are inclined to argue that she eats six meals.

Breakfast: Garlic rice, broccolini, eggs, lemon and either chicken or beef.

Meal 2: Protein shake with water

Lunch: Salad and lean chicken or beef

Meal 4: Fruit & a handful of nuts

Dinner: Egg white omlette with herbs, tomato, onion, mushrooms

Meal 6: Protein shake with water

How Does Cameron Diaz Workout?

Cameron Diaz has a vigorous workout focused on toning.

Monday – Friday

25-30 minutes of cardio and weights plus reverse lunges (see below) and wide plies

Reverse Lunge: Stand with your feet together. Keep your chest out, mid-section firm and do not arch your back. Place your hands on your hips and step backwards with your left leg (bending both of your knees). Once your left knee is almost touching the floor, push up carefully with your left foot until you’re back to the starting position. Swap legs and repeat.

As mentioned earlier, Diaz does plenty of outdoor sports in addition to her workout.
