Sylvester Stallone the Rambo workout
We have all seen First Blood and all the other Rambo movies where a ripped and massive Sylvester Stallone (John Rambo) begins a one man war with everyone and everything.
It has been said that Sly worked out for Rambo II only six weeks before shooting. He hired two-time Olympia champion Franco Columbu to help him chisel a rock-hard body.

- 8 to 12 reps per exercise
- 3 to 4 sets pattern.
- 3 to 4 exercises per body part
- Sly’s ab routine consisted of 1000 reps total
- Sly’s trained abs and torso parts with sit-ups, leg raises, side leg raises and side bends(50 reps each for 5 sets).
