Get the Spartan body with the 300 Workout
Since the movie 300 screened in 2006 people have asked “what did they do to get so buff?”
I’ve taken a look at various 300 workouts and the key exercises comprise of Pull-ups, Deadlifts, Push-up, Box Jump, Floor Wiper and the Clean and Press.
When training try and use a multitude of exercises. Exercise every possible part of the body. Hit as many reps as possible and try and do 300 reps as the total of all repetitions.

The workout is intense. I haven’t completed a full scheduled workout but I know its lacking in several isotonic factors. Its designed for brute core strength but lacking in regions where one may want to sculpt and “cut” their bodies…
