Hamilton’s race starts with a workout

Hamilton’s 2008 world championship training began in November at the Kuortane Sports Institute in Finland and at McLaren’s headquarters in Woking, Surrey. Each week he’s completed 5-10 intense training sessions. Cardiovascular work lasts between 45min and 3hr and involves running, cycling and swimming, supplemented by hiking, snowshoeing and skiing. Gym workouts focus on improving neck and abdominal muscles.

“A typical training day might consist of getting up early, going for a run and then coming back for a good breakfast – I have to be careful of what I eat, so this is very important,” says Hamilton.

“Then I’ll go to the gym, though we might do a sport or go swimming. I have lunch, then we may go for a long bike ride and then I come back and go to the gym for another hour or two.”

How 60 year old Sylvester Stallone workouts to look ripped for Rambo & Rocky

Sylvester Stallone has always maintained a low 4-7% body fat while weighing up to a chiseled 200 pounds for all his action movies…

“I follow a high-protein diet: Anything with a face, that’s what I eat, with something green next to it,”

“Over the years, my biggest flaw was overtraining. In the gym six days a week, doing more sit-ups at night … my body was in a constant state of breakdown.

Now I focus on a variety of exercises, working out three times a week for 90 minutes per session. I really feel good–much stronger than I’ve ever felt, actually. Something’s working.” – Sylvester Stallone

Terrell Owens workout videos

DOB: December 7 1973 in Alexander City, Alabama
Terrell Eldorado Owens is an American football wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. A six-time Pro Bowl selection, and holder of the league single-game reception record, Owens has been one of the dominant receivers of his era.

As good as he has been, Owens has been equally controversial, creating firestorms with each team he has played for as a professional. Originally selected in the third round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers following a college football and basketball career at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Owens signed a large free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004. Two years later, he was released and signed to another large pact by the Dallas Cowboys, only to be given his unconditional release on March 4, 2009 and signed by the Bills several days later.

Popularly known by his initials, T.O., Owens is both renowned and reviled for his flamboyant touchdown celebrations, earning him many fines and his teams frequent penalties for his end zone theatrics.
