Ashlee Simpson Diet And Workout Plan

DOB: October 3, 1984

Born Ashlee Nicole Wentzis an American pop rock singer-songwriter, dancer and actress. Simpson-Wentz, who is the younger sister of pop singer Jessica Simpson, rose to prominence in mid-2004 through the success of her number-one debut album Autobiography and the accompanying reality series The Ashlee Simpson Show. Simpson received widespread criticism when she used a pre-recorded vocal track on Saturday Night Live in October 2004. Following a North American concert tour and a film appearance, Simpson released a second number-one album, I Am Me, in October 2005. Her third album, Bittersweet World, was released in April 2008. The following month, she married musician Pete Wentz and announced that they were expecting a child. On November 20, 2008, Simpson-Wentz gave birth to their son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz. She was recently cast as Violet Foster, a small town girl in The CW’s Melrose Place, a revamp of the ’90s drama of the same name. Her first three albums have sold over 8 million copies worldwide.

There has been much speculation about Ashlee Simpsons rapid weight loss. The singer has been accused of having an eating disorder. There have been rumours about anorexia and bulimia surrounding the star. But how did she really lose all that weight? She was obviously never fat to begin with, she has just trimmed down her body to an amazing smaller size. Some might argue that she is too thin, but with the medias constant pressure on celebrities to be thin, she fits the category that the media considers beautiful. And whether you like to admit it or not, many of us agree.

So now the big question we all want to know the answer to..

What Does Ashlee Simpson Eat?

Ashlee Simpson eats healthy foods the majority of the time. She has taken influence from her sister Jessica Simpsons personal trainer and sticks to foods such as grilled chicken and greens. Simpson admits that unhealthy days make her feel good too, she calls them her ‘Taco Bell’ days.

This diet is a classic example of high protein, low carb eating. Most bodybuilders and celebrities will have a cheat meal or cheat day. The idea of this is that eating healthy foods 6 days of the week puts the metabolism in a steady pattern, but with the addition of a cheat food (either a whole day or one meal..one meal is recommended) it will shock the metabolism into working harder and faster. Thus, speeding it up and ultimately losing more weight.

How Does Ashlee Simpson Workout?

Resistance training has two different, sometimes confused meanings – a more broad meaning that refers to any training that uses a resistance to the force of muscular contraction (better termed strength training), and elastic or hydraulic resistance, which refers to a specific type of strength training that uses elastic or hydraulic tension to provide this resistance. This article discusses the more limited definition, of elastic/hydraulic resistance training.

Rowing machine

The rowing machine is an excellent piece of equipment for a good all over workout. The rowing machine allows you to improve flexibility but also protects your joints with an impact-free workout.

An indoor rower, or rowing machine, is a machine used to simulate the action of watercraft rowing for the purpose of exercise or training for rowing. Indoor Rowing has become established as a sport in its own right. The term also refers to a participant in this sport.

Modern indoor rowers are also sometimes known as ergometers (colloquially erg or ergo), an ergometer being a device which measures the amount of work performed. The indoor rower is calibrated to measure the amount of energy the rower is generating. Ergometer comes from the Greek words ergon, meaning work, and metron , meaning measure. “Ergometer”, therefore, literally means “work measurer”. A bike, fitted with mechanical work measurement devices is also an ergometer.
